They informed us about everything that was free or required payment, without any concealment. When there were things we failed to buy, she asked her husband to take us to Carrefour for shopping on the way. On the road, her husband also introduced the surrounding environment to us. The house is a villa with a beautiful garden. The cabin where we stayed was distinctive, the environment was very clean, and the kitchen was available for use. The environment of the main house was also particularly good. We really liked it. It's an unforgettable memory in Africa.

The accommodation is located near the forest. I could enjoy sounds of falls and birds from the room. Norman and other staff were so kind and gave me warm hospitality. I feel the hotel was my home! Breakfast was delicious. I am vegetarian and fruits lover. The menu was well balanced, and I enjoyed it with the beautiful view. Mama Rose was really like a mom. I also love furniture, interior and designs of the building and rooms. So pretty!! Definitely whenever I come to Kenya, I will stay the Villa Rock! I already miss the place and staff as well as friendly dogs and cats!!

Very good location for overnight stay, but looking back we wish we could have stayed longer to visit the adjacent national park. Paula and her sister Frida are super friendly and took really good care of us and went the extra mile to make our short stay pleasant. The food was excellent.

It is a small family run place, I think there are only 5 or 6 guest rooms in it as it is a private residence converted into a bed and breakfast. My colleagues and I were the only ones staying there during our stay, and we chatted with the hosts frequently, watched a movie in the living room, ate dinner with the hosts in the kitchen. It felt so homey, I didn’t even lock my room door.

It was a true Garden of Eden. Beautiful, green, peaceful. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff incredibly kind and accommodating. Sylvia was the best hostess imaginable. I could stay forever!
