The animals, once stray and injured, follow him around with admiration. Healthy and thankful to have met him. You will have your morning coffee with a cat on your lap (or 3), spend your day at the beautiful beach no more than 5 minutes walk away and spend your evening wanting to talk to Prashanth and hearing about his life and the history of Sri Lanka. Situated close to the shores, Bella Nilaveli Beach offers peaceful and comfy accommodation with free WiFi access throughout the property. Beautiful room, beautiful pool, beautiful property. Lovely helpful staff attending to everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious (loved their version of sambol with peppers and basil). Dinners were lovely too. We recommend this boutique hotel if you are looking for quiet, serene, chill beauty. Loved the sweetest doggies and cats.

Villa Nilaveli Cabana has 3 cabanas (Villa Nilaveli Cabana Cabanas) which are available for rent. Each Cabana has a king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, mosquito net and an en suite bathroom.... We had a lovely & relaxing stay in the Nilaveli Cabanas. It's a beautiful place right at the beach in the calmer area of Nilaveli. With only three cabanas, it is super peaceful and perfect to deconnect! Amal is a very helpful host! He arranged us scooters, a trip to pigeon island (which was amazing) and a dolfin watching tour! He also cooked us an amazing seafood barbecue diner and arranged a table on the beach with a great view on the sea. What more can we wish for... We can really recommend to stay here!
