The location is very good. By food you are quickly at the falls and still not in the middle of the touristzone. The outside patio is very charming and even inside there is a little oven to warm you up. Aziz is very kind and helpfull and willing to help wherever he can. The food was good and Aziz and staff even made us a last minute lunch. Therefore very recommandable.

We came around midnight and had no issues checking in! The guy from the riad also recommended us the best route to the waterfalls!

We first booked a room for 2 nights and ended up staying for a whole week! Our experience has been exceptional, the accommodation is impeccable and tastefully decorated, the food delicious, the view absolutely stunning and the hosts, Said Myriam and their three daughters have offered us a very warm welcome and flawless service. The best asset of Dar Aya is its location, within walking distance from the falls and yet in a quiet part of Ouzoud from which you can easily access some beautiful hikes : to the berber village, the caves, the source and great spots of the river to go for a swim :) Just a few minutes away from Dar Aya you will be able to enjoy the most spectacular view of the falls and surrounding mountains, and all that without any tourists ! We will definitely come back ! (if you are interested in geology and dinosaurs we also highly recommend visiting the Azilal museum)

From the warm welcome at our arrival to the breathtaking location, delicious homemade breakfast and dinner, friendliness and helpfulness of Mohamed and Ibrahim, everything made our stay perfect. We would gladly go back there.

Just a 5-minute drive from Ouzoud Waterfalls, this guest house features an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by gardens and sun loungers. You can relax with a drink in the lounges or by the pool. Ta nastanitev je pravi dragulj. Resnično smo razmišljali, da bi tu podaljšali, vendar se nam je žal mudilo naprej. Sobe/bungalovi so bili veliki, bazen ravno pravšnje temperature, okolica prečudovita. Zahvaljujemo se predvsem Abdelu za postrežbo in prijeten klepet.

It' s a wonderful place situated on a hill in the calm and peaceful village of Tagolast and along a panoramic road through the rough beauty of the Atlas mountains. From the private terrace you have a stunning view over the whole village. Here you can sit, relax and enjoy the calm rhythm of the village. Abdoul, the owner, served a fresh Moroccan mint tea and an abundant home made breakfast full of local delicacies. We took a long walk and a refreshing bath in the river Tassaout which runs through the village. On returning, Abdouls mother Malika prepared a delicious dinner. After relaxing at the campfire and gazing at the stars I fell asleep in a cosy and comfortable bed. I felt very welcome and at home, especially thanks to Abdoul who puts his heart and soul into this place and makes sure that you have a wonderful stay. He is a great host, fluent in English and French, and experienced guide of this area.For his guests he organizes hikes or excursions in the surroundings and show you the hidden gems of this beautiful nature.
