I liked several things: - It that it was not far away from the Santa Fe Port (7-8 min walk) and not far from town centre (10 min walk) and around 15 min walk to Kota Beach. - The room was very clean and had everything I needed. - The most important and outstanding thing: Helen, the person in charge (or owner, not sure) of the property WAS THE BEST!!! The kindest person ever !! She gave me the ride to the place to catch the boat to Virgin Island knowing I was not feeling very well, and then on my last day she offered me the ride to the port ❤️. She was very sweet and I’ll never forget her kindness and patience to answer to all my questions. She even washed some of my clothes 🙈

They gave us a real family feeling, no stress! The hotel is quietly located & the rooms are clean and spaceous. Everything you need is provided, there is a small fridge aswell. They maybe don’t appear as “new” but the room is comfortable and really clean! I think the best we’ve had in Philippines so far. They help you with activities and offer motorbike rental too.

Helped with bike rental, airport transfer, massage etc! Best stay in the Philippines!

Staffs went out of their way to help me with so many things. Even when i brought friends who weren't living in the guest house, they didn't mind at all and also helped us with our needs. 100% recommend them for their hospitality!
