Guesthouse Planinski Dom Majerhold apresenta um jardim, salão partilhado, um terraço e restaurante em Solčava. There is nothing not to like about this place! The room was clean, quiet, spacious, and had a terrace with a fantastic view of the mountains. The location is ~10 minutes drive to Logarska Dolina, and there are hiking trails right out the door, including an easy one to Matka Kot with goat milk ice cream along the way :) They are also sustainable and have different bins to easily sort waste. What really sets the guesthouse apart though is the staff - Katja is so friendly with plenty of suggestions for things to do and what traditional foods to eat. Every night the guesthouse offers a different traditional meal, and we enjoyed each one she recommended to us. And her daughter’s desserts are delicious! We had a wonderful time in this area of Slovenia and would definitely recommend a stay here!

Tourist farm Zavratnik is absolutely gorgeous. I loved every aspect of it. Owners are super nice! They treated us like kings. Everything we asked (instructions for mountaineering, hiking and attractions) was explained exceptionally from them. Breakfast was delicious! An absolute must. They even made us some fresh scrambled eggs. The view from the farm was gorgeous and everything was super clean. Room was clean, retro and we had two balconies.

Everything was amazing : the welcome, all the explanations (we rented ebikes : we highly recommend to visit the valley), additional services (laundry) and the room itself was super nice and spatious. The location of the accommodation is excellent. Also the mood and the atmosphere of the room and the buildings; the accommodation consists several buildings, peaceful, rural atmosphere, beautiful garden, fantastic view to the river etc. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The price-value of the room was excellent. We could park our bike on a safe place.
