We were able to check in at 4 am for a small fee of 150k dong after our overnight bus arrived, which was amazing! Sy picked us up for no charge and took us back to the homestay. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is free breakfast in the morning with choice of water or other beverage (small if you are a big breakfast person, but it was perfect for me since I don’t have much of an appetite in the morning). I got acupuncture and a massage and it was great! I recommend requesting either Sy or his wife do the massage because they are the most experienced. You get 20% off of massage services if you stay at the homestay. We were able to rent a motorbike for 1/2 day since it was raining for a fee of 75k dong plus the cost of gas. You can also pay with card for everything at the end of your stay (with a 3% fee) this was helpful for us to conserve our cash and get some credit card points. He helped us book a bus to Hue and even drove us to meet the bus on the main road. He was very helpful, and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Phong Nha.

Phong Nha - Tien's Cozy Homestay si trova a Phong Nha e propone WiFi gratuito, sala comune, terrazza e bar. Cuba, the host, is super helpful. He allowed us to do a super early (2 am) checking for a 200k fee which he advised us of in advance. It was so helpful after a sleeper bus arriving so late. Cuba also provided tour and day trip suggestions and booked our bus to Hue. The pool looked nice (we didn’t swim due to weather). Motorbike rentals for 130k/day Note to other travellers: consider the overnight treks; they looked amazing. Also the ATMs in town were not great (arrive with cash). I also recommend the Duck Stop.

Phong Nha Love Homestay si trova a Phong Nha e propone la vista sulla città, una piscina all'aperto, un giardino, una sala comune, una terrazza e un bar. La gentilezza di Trung e il suo aiuto nel trovare un minibus per andare a Vin Moch. Su internet non troverete altro che un'opzione con una Farm fighetta che sta dall'altra parte del fiume, mentre basta chiedere al proprio albergo di organizzare e si spende la stessa cifra. L'albergo è carino e la piscina molto bella, accanto all'orto di famiglia. E' a gestione familiare quindi c'è la madre e la compagna con una bimba piccola. Sono tutti molto gentili. La stanza è comoda e il bagno è grande. C'è il servizio di lavanderia che per noi è stato utilissimo.
