I think it was a family run business which is always so much nicer. Breakfast was super. Beds were comfortable and room was super clean. It was nice to have a swimming pool too!

What an amazing homestay/hotel. It says it's a 1-star Hotel (on Google) but don't let that fool you, it's nicer than a lot of 3 star hotels or homestays. Here a list of just a few things that you can expect if you stay at this place: - The homestay/hotel: a beautiful colonial style building well maintained with so much to offer, from some amazing home cooked food to cooking classes. Or just enjoy a relaxing day at the pool and do some BBQ. Everything super clean, and well maintained. They have a great variety of services that they offer, some good home-cooked food, laundry, or private taxi to airport or other attraction. And you will have access to a free bicycle on your stay here. You can even rent a motorbike from them for a good price. There's no elevator but the stairs are really wide and easy to go up, not as narrow/small like in other Vietnamese homes. The room I stated had a ton of natural light, but also with thick curtains if you want it to be dark. And there's a power outlet just by the bed. My room came with a mini fridge, big plus, AC and fan and a desk to do some work. And a really nice big balcony overlooking the quiet street and the pool. And omg, the bed is so comfortable. The water pressure is really good and amazing WiFi / Internet (over 300 Mbps) all around the property. And It has video surveillance just to be on the safe side. Though it's not really needed because you're in a really safe area with a lot of friendly local people. - The hosts/owners: Super friendly couple who will do everything in that power to make your stay amazing. From recommendation what to see or where and what to eat. Easy to communicate with them via booking chat or Whatsapp. In person it's a bit more complicated, but with translation apps it's always fun to have a chat with them. - Amazing location, in a quiet area but close to a lot of amenities. Great cafes, bars and restaurant just around the corner.

My room was very clean and the wifi worked just fine in my room. The breakfasts were outstanding! Fresh fruit and juices everyday plus tasty local food for breakfast. Iris De Villa is a 10 minute walk to Old Town but I enjoyed the street where the hotel was located. It is very quiet and peaceful. I would stay at Iris De Villa again.

The people were incredibly friendly and so attentive especially Ms, Dieu who made sure we were well looked after. The room were very clean and spacious.They had a hearty and tasty breakfast spread as well. Thank you for having us!

The Muse House poskytuje restauraci, kola zdarma, venkovní bazén a zahradu. Assembly Hall of the Chaozhou Chinese Congregation se nachází 900 metrů odtud. Mostly everything. The breakfast was good. The room was very clean (the best we had so far during our Vietnam trip). All hostesses were incredible but Hoà was outstanding, always available even through WhatsApp. We spared some money due to her tips as well.

Big garden with lots of trees and places to seat, amazing people. The room is very big, with tables and a balcony. There is a shared kitchen with everything you need, filtered water to fill your bottle, and free use bicycles! What could you ask more?
