An incredible experience in the heart of Athlone and on the beautiful and famous Shannon river. The boat is very comfortable with 2 rooms (1 double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), a lovely kitchen with oats for breakfast and all kitchen appliances and a cool deck with chairs and table to relax and enjoy the sun. The place was spotless, very clean and organised and we felt very comfortable. The location is perfect, very close to the city centre where you can find the nice pubs and restaurants. Also, the host Meryn was very receptive, friendly and very helpful. It was my first time in Athlone and I am in love for this cute city. Besides the city, staying in Marine experience was definitely the perfect add on to this great and memorable time, that I would recommend to group of friends, families and couples looking for something different and exciting. I will definitely come back!
