I had an unforgettable stay at this amazing hotel, and I can’t thank the staff enough for making my birthday extra special. When they learned it was my birthday, they went above and beyond by upgrading us to a beautiful villa. The room was stunning, and it truly made the celebration feel even more special. The restaurant team was just as thoughtful – they made my birthday dinner unforgettable with a heartfelt celebration. The staff is incredibly cheerful, professional, and ready to assist at any moment, which made the experience feel so personal and welcoming. The hotel itself is pristine, with clean, beautiful spaces that offer a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The views of Snoopy Island are absolutely breathtaking and truly added to the overall magic of our stay. I was also lucky enough to meet the GM, Miss Diana, who was kind and attentive, making sure our experience was nothing short of exceptional.
