* hotel offered free discount cards for cable car & other attractions in the valley * we traveled with 3 children & asked about laundry service. They did 3 bags of laundry for FREE. * Tina, Bernard and the other wait staff were very personable, helpful and friendly.

Place is lovely equipped with everything u need for comfortable n cozy stay. Kitchen is very well labeled and organized. The Owner of the place is a lovely kind lady who is always jumping to help you, she is very fluent in English and quite informative about the area.There is a grocery around the corner so place is quite convenient on foot to cable car and a restaurant around. *Note - Do mind about the timings of the buses from station to airbnb. Buses run every two hours or so on sundays.

Even though it's a hotel but in reality, it's an apartment. It has a kitchen, a small fridge, a private bathroom, and dishes. The sauna was great, especially after hiking in the mountains. Self check-in is also greatly organised

Very central location to the ski lift. The employees were exceptionally friendly, helpful and as we could see very hard working. The Hotel is very beautiful and cozy and a typical Austrian old traditional house. We had a few issues but overall a great week at this Hotel and in the Tannheimer Tal!

Our daughter has celiac disease and we chose this hotel because of all the gluten-free options for food. The view from our room balcony was amazing, all of the staff were amazing and the location was the best. We stayed here with our 10 year old daughter and there were some families with younger children, but the crowd was mostly older couples. We found that a plus because everyone was very respectful and it was a peaceful, quiet stay.
