Great communication with host and ease of collecting the keys and checking in. The place is really nice for a family stay and it was really nice the host decided to let their toys be used in the apartment. The place is comfortable for a stay with 2-3 kids, and we really had good time in it. Thank you!

The Guesthouse zum Turm is in a great position to reach Andermatt in a few minutes by Bus (which is free of charge). The bus stop is located a few steps away from the guesthouse's door! The owners are super friendly, the breakfast was more than enough with cheese and salami, Nutella, nuts, dried fruits, yogurt and bread! The room was pretty small but it had everything one needs! The Guesthouse was in general extremely clean and well kept! Maybe the walls are a bit too thin and one can hear easily! I am very sensitive to that, but I must say, I was there for three nights and I've heard nothing from neighbors rooms!

    This was a pleasant stay in a spotlessly clean room in an excellent location. The restaurant was closed due to it being off-season, but normally offers South African cuisine. A pleasant and cosy stay.

    Host let us in early to our room upon arrival. The room is basic, but very clean. Location in the old town made for a pleasant walk around and close to many places to eat. Shared tea and coffee facilities outside the room in the entry way was welcome. I like the choice of teas available.

    The nicest Hotel I have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean with modern furnishings and fittings and a beautiful breakfast room upstairs serving a continental breakfast with good Swiss hot chocolate ! Andermatt is a gem of a town in a breathtaking location, we stayed 2 days as part of an Alpine road trip.

    We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms are simple but spotless and quite big, with a comfy and large double bed. Great location in the centre of the village. Fantastic restaurant - we really enjoyed the food and the South African/Swiss mix of dishes. Friendly and welcoming hosts - thank you for a great stay!

    The Italian lady that checked us in and out was lovely. Parking was available for us (once I found it, further up the road and tucked behind a restuarant), but we did get charged extra for it. Rooms clean, tidy and had what we needed. A fridge would have been handy but not essential. This was a stopover in Switzerland for our road trip, exploring the alpine passes. Ideal location, right at the bottom of the Furka Pass.
