The barrier-free eduCARE Hotel in Treffen is a 10-minute walk away from the banks of the Ossiachersee Lake. It offers a restaurant with a garden terrace and free Wi-Fi. Hotel is new and well maintained. It is spotless, rooms are large and comfortable; very comfortable beds. Room had a balcony and was well appointed. With window closed it was quiet.. Hotel has a very nice spa with sauna, but no steam room or jacuzzi. No swimming pool. Multiple amenities like games, books, different sitting areas. Breakfast was very good with attentive staff.

The apartment is equipped with literally everything you will need ( Fully equipped kitchen with cleaning set in cute box , washing machine and iron facilities, fast speed Internet, TV with streaming services like Netflix, there is a dedicated parking space just outside the building, an elevation that reach every floor and there was an AC in our apartment not that we need it as the weather was nice and there was mosquito net on the window and balcony doors) . Beautiful view of the lake and 3 Grocery store nearby and they direct you to a access to a beach nearby to swim or paddle on the lake . Villach center is approximately 10 Min drive .

Good location. 5 minutes driving to Gerlitzen ski resort and about an hour to all major resorts like Flachau, Obertauern. Really kind hostess willing to take care of everything you need. Extremely clean apartment, each room has its own bathroom. Spacious and comfortable rooms. We booked apartment for 6 person and everyone had privacy, there are max 3 beds per room.

Set in Bodensdorf, 3 km from Gerlitzen, Mathiasl Panorama Ferienwohnungen features a spa area with a sauna and apartments with a lake-view balcony or terrace. Everything was amazing! House was clean with a stunning view of the lake. The hosts were very warm and welcoming! Definitely recommend 💖
