Very spacious but comfortable, cosy and quiet. The location is fantastic. Parking is easy. Louisa is a lovely host and all of the staff are friendly and helpful.

Gorgeous location! Ewa was SO helpful with giving tips for things to do locally, and being flexible with check-in time. The place was immaculately clean, which was great, as well as the bedrooms having the en-suite bathrooms. It was so nice to have a kitchen and a large table to comfortably seat 8 people. My kids loved the foosball table and the games on the rainy evening.

Panorama Jurte Über Dem Uri-See A er með fjallaútsýni og býður upp á gistingu með einkastrandsvæði og svölum, í um 37 km fjarlægð frá Einsiedeln-klaustrinu. The yurt was amazing. Clean, comfortable and warm, even though it was less than 5 degrees Celsius outside (mix of wooden stove and electric heater). The view was breathtaking and the only sounds are the nearby river, the birds and the bells from sheep. The hosts were simply amazing and Ploy's Thai food is a must-get. Extra surprise: their playful dog, Luna :) Thank you so much Franz and Ploy for your hospitality! We will definitely come back again!

Ferienwohnung Gästehaus Fürlauwi er staðsett á rólegum stað 1350 metra yfir sjávarmáli í hinum friðsæla Meien-dal. The location was amazing! Right in the middle of the Alps. Only a couple of hours from Italy and just over an hour to Luzern or Zurich. The house was lovely, clean and very friendly hosts. It was warm enough for us. The apartment looks like new and plenty of room for the 5 of us. Theres a little football pitch and park near the place too. The property has a garden we were allowed to use which had swings, slide etc, our 8 year old loved being able to just go off an play in the garden. Also theres a lovely walk right out of the property along the river with waterfalls coming out of the mountains. It makes the Lake District (where we live) look like molehills!

Jugendherberge Hospental er staðsett í Urseren-dalnum, á milli Gotthard-, Furka- og Oberalp-passa. Það er garður og skíðageymsla á staðnum. Hospental-lestarstöðin er í aðeins 500 metra fjarlægð. I had one of those days when everything goes wrong. I left an important item in a different town, got on the wrong train, and eventually didn’t know I had to request the train to stop at my stop… needless to say, it was a terrible day and I booked this hostel because otherwise I wouldn’t have had a place to sleep. When booking, I didn’t realise the checkin is at 9pm at the latest (and I couldn’t make it). The property contacted me and was nice enough to arrange a late check in for me last minute. They also gave me a room without other guests so that I wouldn’t bother them. It really touched me and I am very grateful to the owners/staff whom I didn’t even get to meet because I left early the next morning. Otherwise, everything was great at the property: clean, cosy, fast WiFi, close to the train station. The town is also gorgeous, stuck in a valley between mountains. Thank you so much!

Location is great, close to high altitude mountains and cycling routes nearby
