Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. The reception staff was hosted by an extremely helpful lady. Amazing views from the bedroom.

We managed to check in early which was very good for us as we were carrying heavy backpacks. Lovely apartment in the old town center - very centrally located with lots of restaurants, cafes and shopping. Well equipped kitchen - modern and clean kitchen. Loved the round dining table as well. Toilet is spacious.

KoBi Apartments Hirschenplatz offers accommodation within 200 metres of the centre of Luzern, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven and a toaster. Messgages to and from the host made it very easy to deal with and a big help on arrival to meet us with keys and show us around the property.
