The location was what we were initially hesitant about, but after seeing how convenient it is to have Fira at your finger tips, I am forever grateful we chose here! The hotel is stunning with cavernous styles rooms, crystal blue pools, and modern luxurious lounge chairs/beds! The breakfast was top quality, and it changed a bit every day. The hosts in the dining room were all lovely and so kind. It warmed my heart to see the staff love on a few children who benefitted from some special attention. Also, I read a few comments about a cold pool. In the morning it’s a bit chilly, but it’s Greece, I absolutely did not want to be getting into a hot tub! I loved the temperature and it’s not cold.

The location is so close to fira bus station, Wich is more easily Can connect every destination in the island 🏝️. And ptolemeos is very clean and comfortable, I visited with my 3 kid's all of them under 9 Year's, and my husband & sister.and Katerina is so friendly, helpful.. respect from my bottom of ❤️. I highly recommend this hotel, which is so suitable for all kinds of people, specially for family with kid's. Love this 😘

It is located at the center of Fira, there is a market close by, the bus station is a 2-3 minutes walk away and the center is around 5 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this. The personel is very kind and ready to answer all of your questions. They give you coffee and tea every morning. Clean and comfortable. It is getting cleaned every day as well as the towel get changed. Before leaving after the check out, you can leave your bags at the reception.
