AustraliaThe property was absolutely stunning and the extra amenities like the bathtub, BBQ, and movie projector were a nice touch. The location was super beautiful, there were some amazing waterfalls nearby that my partner and I visited. The room itself has a great kitchen setup with enough stuff to make a full meal. The mini fridge was filled with fresh strawberries and peaches and the owner even made us some pasta for dinner. Would definitely stay here again!

We walked to the reception and restaurant area which was about 400mtres but quite doable for a couple of oldies. The food in the bar area suited us and was good. Could not believe the quality of the kitchen and contents. Very, very comfortable. Actually, we brought in a small Chinese group who were standing outside to show them some things of "old" Australia. They were thrilled. We kept on finding hidden gems right up until we were leaving and know there would be lots of things we haven't discovered about Rustic Cottage. Loved it!! The rainforest walks are some of the best we have experienced and if you're a keen bushwalker there are some long walks.
