Calm and in the middle of nature with a nice panoramic view of KarloVy Vary especially during sunsets. They have a restaurant with really good food at very affordable prices. We also enjoyed the privacy of the sauna and whirlpool area, which could be booked for an extra price. (2 people can fit in the sauna simultaneously)Guest review byJoshYoung couple

Building is magnificent, and it's all even better from this point. Large room, comfy bathroom, nice views on the sunset over Karlove Wary... Very good breakfast, access to swinning pool without a fuss, no crowds there tbh. Having parking spot was very convenient as well. Not hot morning sun, but sun during the day and nice sunsets behind other houses. Everything close: bars, restorans, shops or just walking around. Of course are also close colonnades.
