Bed was super comfy, with great view of the mountains.
Shower was consistently hot even if the floor did get a little cold.
Wifi consistently strong.
Note there is no hotplate, but there is kettle and microwave, and host Guguli cooks amazing guys for very affordable prices (15 gel for homemade khachapuri).
Didn't use the jacuzzi, but I'm told it works!
There are 2 short hikes to waterfalls nearby.
