For travelers who love being in nature with some added luxury. Also known as glamping, tented camps provide full or limited services, surrounded by wilderness. Typically in permanent or semi-permanent camps, these private tents/yurts are a great way to rough it and stay glamorous.
Good sized rooms in a small house converted to holiday lets in the centre of the town. An inexpensive public car park a minute's walk away. En suite bathroom with a strong, hot shower. Large comfortable bed.

The dogs and the surrounding Wildlife and flowers also made our stay special 💐🌹🥀🌺🌷🪷🌸💮🏵️🪻🌻🌼🍂🍁🍄🌱🌿☘️🍀🍃🪴🌳🌲🪵🦌🦔🪶🐦🐦⬛🐣🦅🦉🕊️🕸️🐌🐝🐝🐝
Loved the theme of having the Dinosaur Park, we went for my sons 4th birthday & he is fascinated with all things dinosaur. The pool area and facilitates where top tier, my favourite part was the out door infinity pool. The staff where amazing and sang happy birthday to my son at dinner, bringing out a desert. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Great little self contained cottage with parking out the front. Small bathroom but good hot shower. Kitchen has all you need including a dishwasher (but no tablets/powder that I could find, but with only two of us easier to wash by hand anyway). Very useful to have a washer/dryer combo. Bedroom quite big with comfortable bed (2 doubles) and good blinds on all the windows. Lounge has comfy couch which also can fold out as an extra bed.
Beautiful room and spacious. Plenty of parking on site and house is gorgeous. A couple of brief interactions with the owner who was lovely and was kind enough to let us into our room early. Comfortable bed and hot shower. Cold continental breakfast served in a picnic basket to your room. Short 10 minute walk into city centre. Would stay again if given the opportunity.
Excellent staff who went above and beyond for my partners birthday. Welcome drinks at dinner, birthday beside desert and happy birthday song. Also birthday cookies included in room service
This hotel is ideal for staying in Kilkenny and being right in the centre of things. The walks around the castle and down along the river, eventually arrives back at the hotel which is fab. Sitting out on the veranda along the river with a drink is so relaxing, watching the sun set.
The whole experience at the grill restaurant was 10/10. The lamb shank, prawn starter, toasted brie.. and the desert cocktails all were outstanding
