All toiletries were provided. Ac worked well, there was a hot shower. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows are top quality ( memory foam, I guess). I had a late bus, waited in the lounge, and they couldn't be more accommodating,they went beyond the expectations. Offered complementary coffee and parantha. Every request was a "yes".
