Located in Selfoss, Buubble Hotel - Hrosshagi has accommodation 40 km from Ljosifoss. With free private parking, the property is 23 km from Geysir and 33 km from Gullfoss Waterfall.

Wow this place is amazing! A true bucket list hotel and definitely lived up to expectations. We were lucky that we had a calm and clear night so we could see the stars (no northern lights but still amazing). The bubble itself was perfect - so clean and warm. Electric blankets were fab. The area is very quiet and although you can sometimes see another bubbles light in the distance, it still feels very private. The main service house facilities are good too - lovely shower and coffee machine for the morning.

Had both breakfast and dinner. Both very good, especially the desert selection tray.

The novelty of a yurt and location of Nattura was great for our planned route around Iceland. The shower facilities were great with very powerful and very hot showers to warm up from a cold November day in the National Park and highlands. The yurt itself was a good size, very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was good, albeit a little busy even with a booking system in place.

The location is great (next to the Geyser). Our breakfast was at the Geyser Hotel, which is a higher standard hotel and so was the breakfast. That was outstanding. The room was clean. Hot shower (if wanted) with enough water pressure.

Amazing location, in the middle of nowhere but close to the waterfalls. The sunrise and sunset look incredible. The sun always heats up the inside of the house. The kitchen is well equipped. The whole place is very cozy.

The Mongolian tents are placed in a superb location, in nature, overlooking the geysers. The interior of the tent is very nicely arranged. We had no problems with the cold, because there is underfloor heating. The shower and toilet are arranged in 2 containers in the yard, and are clean and fragrant. There is also a service toilet in the tent. Breakfast was rich and tasty, and is served in a separate tent.
