Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, GLAMP VILLAGE SETOUCHI-SHIMANAMI is situated in Onomichi, 26 km from Oogamiyama Omoto Shrine and 29 km from Saikon-ji Temple.

The location was beautiful with views of Seto Inland Sea from the camp site. Amenities were plentiful and the staff was helpful in explaining the rules of the campsite.

I loved the atmosphere, and the caring and supportive nature of the staff. I loved that the staff really got to know us across the four nights of our stay. I loved that the head chef prepared a special meal for us on our last night because we are vegetarian. I loved the rabbits. I loved being in their company as I hiked different parts of the island. I loved learning about the history of the island. I loved the breathtaking sunsets. And once more, I loved the rabbits. The rabbits. Oh, my heart.

I stayed a couple of nights to rest in the middle of a long bicycle trip. The room was basic but rather nice. The hotel is located in a quiet area, a bit outside of town but that is part of the charm. The sea water public bath is an amazing place to watch the sunset from. It is very quiet and there is a nice little beach nearby. The staff was nice and helpful. They even let me take my bike in the lobby for the night.

The food was amazing (the dinner banquet was inceedible) and I loved the onsen (it was very quiet and relaxing). The island itself is stunning, we loved doing the walks and exploring with the rabbits. Well worth staying overnight to experience the bunnies at sunrise and sunset. The aircon was great and we appreciated using the cheap clothes washing facilities.
