The hotel has a fully automated check in process and there is no staff except for at breakfast and of course housekeeping. The rooms are small but nice and comfortable, and with a great balcony overlooking the valley (Switzerland and Lichtenstein). All the rooms have very good views of the Swiss Alps that make sunrise and sunsets very magical. The sauna was amazing!
