The breakfast was amazing, and so was the view. We enjoyed being out of town and surrounded by beautiful nature. We saw a lot of interesting wildlife on our veranda. The king suite was huge and had a nice bathroom. Chanaka was very attentive, warm and welcoming.

Great location just a few minutes walk down to the main street. The room was large and very clean and comfortable, with tea and coffee provided. We were also given an iced tea welcome drink. The balcony area is nice to relax on and the upstairs restaurant has beautiful views and a nice big couch and hammock to chill in if you need some downtime but don’t want to be stuck in your room. The staff were all super friendly. Good hot showers with decent pressure. Wifi worked well.

Beautiful view and quite rustic we loved the idea of booking something so different for a few nights of our travels. The rooms were basic, clean and ours was quite small. Bed had a mosquito net and the breakfast included was ok. Staff were good and helped us by supplying a fan or arranging transport when we requested. I had a lovely moment when all was quiet and I was able to have a tea and enjoy the view and wildlife.

A nice, attractive location overlooking the valley. A proper nature feel, in among the local greenery, fresh air and wildlife. Run by a lovely family who will do whatever they can to make your stay enjoyable. Tasty and substantial local breakfast. Rooms are large and comfortable, mosquito nets available, and the bathroom sink 'waterfall' feature was a fun novelty. Several areas where you can sit and enjoy the views and nature with a drink in the evening.

First thing first; this place has its own waterfall. I mean, what else you want? 😄 We spent quality time there. We swam, we were chilling in the hammock. Definitely a highlight of this accomodation and of Ella in general. The owner with his wife were an amazing hosts. Always smiling with good mood. They helped us arrange a trips around the ella, or they reccomended to us a way to travel to Yala. The food was good. The accomodation were great. We've been in two of them. Clean and spacious. Beds were comfy with mosquito nets.
