GermanyAlibaba hostel is at the outskirts of chefchaouen, guaranteeing a great view on the beautiful city and its surrounding mountains. Ajoub, the manager is a really kind soul and I really enjoyed chatting with him. I booked the rooftop for two days but since it was supposed to be raining on the second day I could easily move downstairs. Ajoub really made me like visiting a friend in a wonderful place :) thank you!

If you message the Riad with your arrival they will organise porters for your luggage. The Riad ihas been beautifully recently renovated and although not as spacious as those in Fez or Marrakech, it has beautiful style and a relaxed, friendly vibe. The location is in the heart of the Medina and next to the mosque where we heard the call to pray at sunset every evening which made our stay magical. The breakfast is delicious. The room is spacious, the shower is great, air conditioning and a movie channel for the breaks from the sun during the day. The views from the terrace are amazing. Exceeded our expectations. They say the nicest view on the city is from the Spanish Mosque, but that’s not true! ;) You can see the Mosque and the city from the terrace of the house. There’s a 10-15 min walk to the Mosque and then to the city. The family is so nice, Mohammed kindly came to pick us up from the city and drove us back to the house.
