Featuring mountain views, AliBaba Apartment Hostel Bamboo Rooftop Room provides accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 1.8 km from Mohammed 5 Square.

Alibaba hostel is at the outskirts of chefchaouen, guaranteeing a great view on the beautiful city and its surrounding mountains. Ajoub, the manager is a really kind soul and I really enjoyed chatting with him. I booked the rooftop for two days but since it was supposed to be raining on the second day I could easily move downstairs. Ajoub really made me like visiting a friend in a wonderful place :) thank you!

Absolutely beautiful hostel in the hills of chefchouen. Perfectly clean, really nice staff, offer a downtown pickup for a low price (if the distance/elevation is putting anybody off), really nice 30 minute walk down the mountains and into the centre of the median via the Spanish mosque (the best place for a sunset in chefchouen in my opinion).

The location was perfect, in the "Blue" medina and only a short stair climb from the Taxi Drop. If you message the Riad with your arrival they will organise porters for your luggage. The Riad ihas been beautifully recently renovated and although not as spacious as those in Fez or Marrakech, it has beautiful style and a relaxed, friendly vibe. The Sunset on the rooftop (with complete 360 degree panoramic views) with a glass of red (byo) was magic. We will be back.

The room and the riad are stunning. The location is in the heart of the Medina and next to the mosque where we heard the call to pray at sunset every evening which made our stay magical. The breakfast is delicious. The room is spacious, the shower is great, air conditioning and a movie channel for the breaks from the sun during the day. The views from the terrace are amazing. Exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Location is good, it is 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment building to the medina and if you want to hike up to Spanish Mosque to experience the breathtakingly beautiful sunset, it’s only 2.7 km away. There is a convenience shop right at the doorstep. Breakfast is lovely and served when you want it and where you want it, on the terrace or in your room.

A very nice, clean and spacious apartment. Has a nice sunset view. Perfect for tourist. The cafe nearby is also great. It’s literally a 5-min walk away from the blue city. The best hotel I stayed in during my 10-day visit to Morroco. Manager Hatim was a great guy, he definitely went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

It was a perfect size for 2 people & had a roof terrace which you could watch the sunset from which was lovely. The kitchen was quite small but good enough for cooking. Our host was very friendly and even did 2 loads of washing for us for free which was very much appreciated!

Rooms are big and clean. Aircon is powerful. Has SmartTV, so can watch some movies after desert trip. Quiet location. Breakfast is ok, bread coffee, orange juice. Rooftop is beautiful. Near the road, so can get taxi and only climb up a little.

This house is just everything you need when visiting Chefchaouen! They say the nicest view on the city is from the Spanish Mosque, but that’s not true! ;) You can see the Mosque and the city from the terrace of the house. There’s a 10-15 min walk to the Mosque and then to the city. The family is so nice, Mohammed kindly came to pick us up from the city and drove us back to the house. The breakfast and the dinner on the terrace, watching the sunset, was just magical! I would go again :)
