The tent was fun and in between dunes so it felt private. We were helped to get there since we didn’t have a 4 wheel drive car and the entire experience went smoothly and was great.

Oman desert private camp is located 6.2 mi in the desert at the top of one of the highest dunes at the area. Its a luxury tent and consist of 2 floors .

This place gave us most memorable and special experience!! The staff are super nice. Since it’s private camp, so only maybe 10 families live there, when we have meals together, travelers from different countries all like friends, so cool. I like the breakfast and dinner. We booked the most expensive rooms in this camp. They are exceptional.

Hamoods place is one of the most outstanding places I've ever been to. He invites you to relax on the terasse, drink tea, and enjoy the desert. During the trips, you learn a lot about the life there. He shares his experiences, culture, and his personality with you. The sunset and sunrise are stunning, and the food is exceptional. I loved the time there, and I am so grateful for it! Went with my two friends to Al Sarmadi camp. Overall the location, staff were nice. The tent itself was pretty beautiful and very comfortable, still during the day it was quite hot and would have been nice to have some sort of fan at least to let the hot air move a bit. The washroom was clean and quite spacious. Now, was a little bit disappointed by the food, I do understand they don’t do a large quantity each night to not waste any, but especially the proteins, i wish I could have served myself a second time at least. (At dinner and breakfast).

Everyone is SO KIND!! I really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the staff and loved the quiet and intimacy of a smaller camp (only 4 tents). It was so fun meeting people from all over the world at dinnertime and breakfast, and the campfire after dinner was amazing for sharing conversation over tea while stargazing. Everything was so comfy and clean - the bed was comfortable and I loved being able to shower underneath the stars! Finding the camp was easy enough and I had a wonderful time here. Definitely go dune bashing with Ibrahim! The food was so yummy and plentiful and the sunrises/sunsets cannot be missed. I’m so glad I chose this place to stay!!

The host was fantastic, easy to communicate with. Great facilities and overall nice experience. Best part is that it’s a small camp with only 2 tents so plenty of privacy and quiet to enjoy the desert. Best experience dune bashing and sleeping under the stars!

We spent one night at Starlight privet camp. It was amazing! We were picked up from the city Bidiyah in a jeep and taken to the camp. On the way, we stopped and were shown a little camel. At the camp, we were welcomed with hot karak, coffee, dates, and fruits. The camp itself was very comfortable and convenient: a spacious tent for sleeping, a separate bathroom with a toilet and shower, and a separate gazebo where we could have dinner or just relax. Special thanks to the camp staff. They were extremely polite and friendly. On the day of our stay, it was my wife's birthday. Ali helped to buy a cake with candles in advance and surprised her. I would also like to mention dinner and breakfast — incredibly delicious national dishes. In one day at the camp, we managed to catch the sunset and sunrise in the desert, warm up by the fire, and admire the stars.
