United StatesOur stay at Glamping Bizkjak was phenomenal! The location was perfect for us, nestled between Ljubljana and Bled, while not being too far of a drive to Bovec either. The owners, Rudy & Veronika, are the nicest couple - we had the opportunity to chat with them multiple times during our stay. They're hospitable, kind, and accommodating as is their staff we interacted with. The grounds are well kept and the cabins & private bathrooms are clean and comfortable. Each morning, they drop off breakfast for you at your cabin and it's substantial. We rarely found ourselves eating lunch most days because of how much food we were given with our breakfast. The restaurant on the premises is also fantastic - we ate dinner there twice during our stay and the food was the best food we had during our trip to Slovenia. While we didn't utilize the hot tub or sauna during our stay, I loved having the option for these facilities. To us, this was an unbeatable value. I would absolutely suggest staying here and would stay here again!

Breakfast included is amazing, great variety of products. The garden is beautiful, you can chill by the river in the hammock or on the terrace. Breakfast was delicious overlooking the river and you can even go for a swim if you're brave enough! Just 15 mins walk to Vintgar Gorge, 15 mins walk to a lovely pizzeria restaurant and 20 mins walk to the bus station. There is loads of space to hang out... cosy chairs, hammocks etc. A nice big well equipped kitchen if you want to cook. Clean, spacious bathrooms. Comfy beds with lockers. We arrived late, but Ryan was very understanding and welcoming, and even helped us make sure we could get something to eat from the nearby pizza place just before it closed. Breakfast was generous and yummy! Katja also kindly helped us with our walking plan the next day :) We walked from the Bled Jezero train station around sunset time. Added bonus of well maintained bikes to borrow with a short ride to the lake, mostly traffic free..worth the effort. Bakery 5 mins walk away. Although on a main road it was still very quiet. We walked to lake Bled also which was around a 40 minute walk. There is a local sourced restaurant a 5 minute walk up the hill. We had fresh fish and traditional Slovenian desert. The appartment was very clean too. Roman was very friendly and a good host. He told us we could ask him anytime if we needed anything.
