This place had a lovely back drop from the tent and some great local walks too with Wildlife to the plenty. The staff were lovely and engaging and made sure we were okay and comfortable, the bed mattress is thin but is perfect I’d say for most people, we loved the bbq and the kitchen area which came with utensils and fridge access. Shower facilities and toilets were also great with even the option of an outdoor shower if you so wish. We will definitely be back.

They had some unexpected issues with the dome but were incredibly proactive with informing us and relocating us into different accommodation at no expense to ourselves. Very friendly hosts, immaculate accommodation, and a lovely setting for a getaway to Glasgow. 10/10 would recommend

The yurt was comfortable, clean and a little bit different. Loved the decor and furnishings and the yurt itself is beautifully made. Heated up quickly with the little wood burner and was very comfy and cosy. We would definitely come back.

Birkenshaw - Beautiful Shepherd’s Hut in the Highlands. Se nachází v destinaci Dornoch a nabízí zahradu a výhled na moře. One of the loveliest and most relaxing stays we have had on our year long world round trip! The hut is so cozy and you feel absolutely at peace and at one with nature sitting on the hammock out the back! Could not recommend higher!
