He left loads of fire wood out, gave us red wine and we spent the night gazing at the stars. We made great use of the BBQ for breakfast. The set up is so cosy and warm. We woke up both mornings forgetting we were glamping. Most comfortable bed!! We went to the alpaca trail, Wicklow wolf brewery, devil's glen, glendalough mountains, great sugar loaf. Will definitely be returning as there is so much to see in Wicklow.

This is a beautiful wee cabin over a pond just outside Portarlington. Gorgeous setting. Had everything we needed for a few days exploring County Laois. Great communication with the host, chocolates and wine on arrival. Perfectly appointed studio with adjoining bathroom / shower. Comfortable sofa bed, warm and cosy. Just a magical spot with birds outside the window in the morning.
