The wilderness center offers cozy rooms with original furniture, a great spa in the middle of the wild, very good food prepared by an excellent chef and carrying as well as warming staff. We totally recommend this place and would always come back.

Beautiful location just outside of town. It looked very picturesque in the snow. We were early for check in, so was invited to have a coffee and relax in the lounge room which was nice and cosy showing views of the snow falling. This felt nice and welcoming from the staff. Tea and coffee making facilities in room and a nice hot shower. The hot tub and happy hour made the stay even better.

Wonderful farmstead with beautiful shared spaces (kitchen, garden, veranda etc) Nicely isolated location but close to Egillstadir, wich is a quite big town in eastern iceland Loved the horses, sheeps and dogs. Hosts were kind and helped us solving a problem with our car!

Comfortable bed, quiet location, cozy cottage, private kitchen and no queue, hot showers, shared showers and toilets in separated rooms -> not blocked together, friendly staff, horses can be visited, stayed 2 nights but would like to have enjoyed more time there

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Cosy decorated. There is a great relaxing area with a sauna, hot pot and hammocks. Breakfast and dinner was abundant and tasteful. Rooms were clean.
