The staff was very helpful and assisted me to upgrade our room from upgradind the room until the end of our stay there. The view, the landscape, the surrounding, the glamping site, all of it were instragramable. So damn beautiful, so damn cold (16°C). Food also taste good to me. Me and my sister chose the beef set while my older chose the chicken set. At night, we had chance to see the moon and counting the stars by our naked eyes. So so so beautiful 🤩

I liked the tent and the fact it is isolated from the rest of the hotel. It could really use a more powerful water heater though, the weather is chilly enough. Staff were helpful and accomodating, very professional. We are coming back in May to stay in this room. Excellent experience.
