We had such a lovely stay. The accommodation was a little more expensive than our usual budget but 100% worth it. The location is ideal for the Balcony walk, you have the whole space to yourself so it's completely private, experiencing sunrise from your bed is amazing, as well as seeing the sun go down over the mountains in the afternoon, amazing.
The bed is comfy, the water is hot, good air con, everything you need.
We took our meals as an add on to the booking, Ram who prepares and serves all the food is AMAZING, he is such a lovely man, gave us loads of info, is friendly and cooks lovely food 10/10 would recommend and thank you for being so great Ram!

Amazing old house with a great rooftop terrace for sunset views or just relaxing. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. I really appreciated the owners sustainable approach - no plastic, locally sourced products. The owner provided us with helpful tips and recommendations for the rest of our holiday. Overall, very good value. Highly recommend!
Modern hotel, spacious and clean rooms. Comfortable beds and hot shower. No issues with parking. Good value at 27 rial per night. Staff allowed us to change room to have a better front view.
The hotel is in a very beautiful location, you can see a really nice sunrise and sunset from here. English breafast - we liked it but some may prefer something different. Good dinner at restaurant.
So well located, in the beautiful old part of Nizwa, right behind the fort/ souq and nice little cafes & restaurants. 2 bedrooms which was great with our 6 years old daughter. Great decor & comfy apartment. Good beds & hot shower.
The inn was of mud brick and nicely decorated. Our room was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was lovely and hot. The location was great, near a deserted mud brick village and a date plantation. It was a short walk into town. From the Inn it’s a short drive to Misfah La Abriyyin, which is definitely worth a visit.
The owner is very nice and super friendly. The location good, there are near very nice sunset points and also near to do the balcony hike. It is clean as well.
Huge and very comfortable. Hot shower and fridge /TV / Kettle. A short walk to the old quarter / Nizwa Castle Fort (5 mins). Perfect for our 2 night stay for visiting Jabreen Castle, Bahla Fort, Misfat al Abriyyin and the Jebel Shams mountains. Free parking right outside. On first floor with a lift or short staircase. Lovely and quiet with great air con for a good nights sleep. Sadiq was a great host and would highly recommend. Thank you 🙏🏻
