We stayed here for four nights, and it was absolutely amazing! 1. The concept itself is still quite unique. It’s hard to find high-quality glamping, but this place truly delivers! 2. The breakfast was perfect—every morning, a new selection of food was delivered in a basket right to our house. A dream! 3. The heated infinity pool was incredible and made the experience even better. Once again, everything was well thought out, and it’s truly a great place to stay! P.S. It’s quite funny to read some comments about sound isolation… People, it’s still a tent, and you’re in nature! Please think about that before writing a review.

We had an amazing stay in Calheta Glamping Pods. All is well designed and provides a relaxed atmosphere. We like to spend our time on our private terrace on a hammock with a glass of wine. The territory is calm and beautiful with lots of flowers around and a pool. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioner worked fine, and the bathroom was good. We had a small kitchen with all the staff you need to cook something. It was great to have a shared washing machine with drying mode - you should just pay 1 euro for the capsule. And we like to have complementary bread with a jam on our breakfasts. It took us around 10 minutes drive to get to the city center and a sendy beach. I definitely recommend this place.

Dioclecio was a very friendly and helpful host and his responses when we messaged him were instant.. Everything was really clean and we had everything we needed. A very beautiful place to stay. We would highly recommend it.

Lovely cabin surrounded by mountain views, we saw so many stars at night. There's a great place to eat and drink (O Barracão), just 10 mins walk from the cabin, and it's only 20 minutes drive from Funchal (we had a rental car, but I believe there's a bus stop nearby too). It felt like a little home away from home, bed was very comfortable, shower was excellent and the little kitchenette had a stove top, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and fridge. Our host was wonderful, very welcoming and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is located INSIDE the national ecological park, and provides access to some of the best hiking on the island. We were a family of three, and everyone slept comfortably, and enjoyed walking to O Barracão, which has amazing poncha and a great food selection. The property also has a small pond with trout, and friendly donkeys. Dioclécio greeted us, and had great recommendations for hikes and information about the local area. We would love to come and visit again!

The shelters were very well-equipped and everything was harmonious. Even the cutlery had a bit of wood on it. Besides this, the host, Dioclécio, was super friendly and offered to help at any time. He advised me some trails to do in the Ecological Park, which I did. This was the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in!

Very comfortable! The location is great, there is a very good and low price restaurant that you can reach through a short walk. Dioclécio was very kind and gave us a few pieces of advice on what to do in the area. The position is strategic for PR1 and other trek routes. It has been an amazing stay, and we're looking forward to coming back. This place is pure beauty!
