    Nice guesthouse, spaceous apartment consisting of two separate rooms with double beds, both rooms with its own bathroom, and a well equipped kitchen for the two rooms. Both rooms have balcony, one is facing South, one is facing East. The apartment we stayed in is ideal for 4 persons The landlady was very kind, she speaks Slovenian and Italian, and of course German, however unfortunatly not English. We also got complimentary season tickets to the nearby beach (Strandbad Faak am See) during our stay.

    This object exceeded my expectations undoubtedly. Spacious, very clean, modern bathroom, cute balcony with a lake view (we realized it only in the morning, cause we checked in after sunset). Parking available. Great contact with the host and a very easy process of checking in.

    Very friendly staff. Good location. 20 min by foot to the beach by the lake, for which you can get free card at the check-in (that was a nice bonus). All necessary equipment in the kitchen. Great view through the balcony. Really great value for money.
