The glamping pods are perfectly set up all facing the rock, the breakfast was amazing, the club house is stunning with excellent cocktails, the location is walkable to Guatapé in a few minutes, the guy running the show is incredible. They really went above and beyond to make our stay incredible, even doing some of our laundry whilst we were out after our morning canyon trip! The staff were nice and polite, it was an added bonus having your food delivered to your room. There was more than enough extras if you needed them in your room and not too expensive either. The views from our room were great and there was a walkway leading to the lake and gardens, however the lake was dried out due to lack of rain fall. It’s not the usual hotel, the keys are on the door and you speak with the host via WhatsApp. He is very attentive and always answers right away. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a shared kitchen space as well as washing machine and dryer. Just a short walk to the beautiful town of Guatapé. Absolutely stunning views from the patio of the hotel! No one was available at a certain time to fix it… however the staff was great and friendly. The property was very very clean. Regardless, I would visit again given a better bubble. I had some disruptive neighbours but that’s no fault of the company, just the individuals at the other glamping area that were inconsiderate with loud music.
