The glamping pods are perfectly set up all facing the rock, the breakfast was amazing, the club house is stunning with excellent cocktails, the location is walkable to Guatapé in a few minutes, the guy running the show is incredible. The staff were nice and polite, it was an added bonus having your food delivered to your room. There was more than enough extras if you needed them in your room and not too expensive either. The views from our room were great and there was a walkway leading to the lake and gardens, however the lake was dried out due to lack of rain fall. It’s not the usual hotel, the keys are on the door and you speak with the host via WhatsApp. He is very attentive and always answers right away. The room was very clean and comfortable. No one was available at a certain time to fix it… however the staff was great and friendly. The property was very very clean. Regardless, I would visit again given a better bubble. I had some disruptive neighbours but that’s no fault of the company, just the individuals at the other glamping area that were inconsiderate with loud music.
