We were welcomed by very friendly host and got everything explained. We stayed for two nights and the room was pretty sufficient. The location is just great - close to the railway station, a big park, the city centre, restaurants, shops.. The parking at the location is moreless for local residents however 100 meters away you can leave the car on the street without any charges.
