    Beds were acceptable and rather clean. Parking right outside the building. TV with chech programs, but at least the USB-connector worked. Just a 10 minute walk through a nice forest to the beach. Just a 10 minute walk (in the other direction) to a whacky but well stocked mini-supermarket.

    Convenient location at the edge of the nice village Staré Splavy. A small minimarket for daily needs is only 300 metres away, several good restaurants about 600 metres and the beach Aquapark in about 1 km. The two apartments are brand-new and tastefully furnished. Our apartment was fully equipped with everything that you need for a one-week stay and spotlessly clean. Wi-Fi was reliable but slow (10 Mbps). The friendly owners live in the house and provided an uncomplicated check-in and check-out.

    Very close to the lake (although calling this "beachfront" is a bit excessive!), the receptionist was very gentle and I appreciated the proactiveness in calling us in advance to ask if we wanted to join for dinner. One of the people in the party needed gluten-free meals and they tried their best to accommodate the request. The suite was fairly large with a comfortable view from the balcony.
