The main value of the location for us would be the proximity to the international port of Harwich (to take the ferry across the Channel). We liked the space in the caravan, it being a caravan :-) and it is conveniently positioned at the main road in and out the holiday park. It was also nicely uncluttered which helps keeping track of your own stuff and make it more your own while there. 2 toilets were also a good feature to have in relatively not that lot of space.
