Offering garden views, Fernhill Valley Farm in Blaencwm provides accommodations and a garden. There's a private entrance at the campground for the convenience of those who stay.

The view from the Pods was fantastic - genuinely breathtaking view of the valley. The bottle of wine, biscuits, and Lindt bunny were also a nice touch on arrival. I loved reading the story in the welcome binder about the history of the farm and family. The pods are cute and the kitchen is has the right amenities. The hosts are very kind and were helpful with the fire for the hot tub as we were struggling to get a consistent flame going. The hot tub is a massive effort (many hours spent) and but it was nice in the end. Also, we were very pleased with the consistent hot water available. A nice hot shower was brilliant at the end of a long hike. Awareness: If your GPS has you take ‘Coldra Road’ - turn around. This is a dead end.

We had a really amazing stay! With the house being only a minute from the beach, and the weather being so nice it was like being on a sunny beach holiday abroad. The house was very clean, and the beds were very comfy. Fiona the host was really helpful and kind, and she recommended some great things to do around the local area and helped with any quieres me & my wife had. We can't wait to come back!

Lovely house, very clean, excellent welcome pack. We found it ideal for a long weekend visiting family near by. The views of the bay are beautiful and the beach is spotless. Plenty of space for 5 adults/teens and dog. Comfy beds and plenty of towels. We didn't have great weather so appreciated the selection of games when we didn't want to go out. Conveniently close to M4 makes it a great base.

Great location up in the hills above Port Talbot. The lodge is at the start of the mountain bike trails and is popular with groups, with a bunk house, glamping and camping. I had a room in the lodge which was very comfortable and clean, giving a wonderful night's sleep. All the staff were very friendly. Food is served at the weekends in the cafe, good hearty outdoorsy food. This isn't a grand hotel and you shouldn't expect it but the location is unbeatable and the staff make you very welcome.
