Host is very friendly and helpfull. Located 10 min from payed beach. 15 min from silver beach (free). 20-25 minutes from gold beach (free). The owner stayed up (are flight was delayed, we arrived at 23:30). He was always friendly. The bathroom was clean and there were towels available to use and a little refrigerator to keep water cool. There is a couple of little grocery stores 2 min away, where you can buy the necessities and mostly water. This is not a big problem if you know upfront and you strong enough to walk 30 minutes one way.
