United KingdomOne of my best stays in India !!! Come here to this island paradise to escape the modern busy world .As soon as you get off the shuttle boat you are greeted warmly by the staff.
I stayed in a generously sized room ; was spotlessly clean , the queen - sized bed was flawlessly comfortable , 24/7 hot water on tap .
The food here is excellent, as fresh as it comes ( fisherman deliver directly daily )and very fairly priced.
In the day you can enjoy activities such as swimming and kayaking 10 metres from your room , very cool !
In the evening sit back with a beer or two( bring your own as not served here )and take in nature's beauty .
If you are in this area , it is an absolute must stay .I Came for one night and ended up staying for 6. Thanks again to all the great staff here that made my stay not only possible , but the best it could possibly be !

The hospitality was exceptional from Karun, he organised 2 boat trips for us at sunset and sunrise and also leant us his fishing rod so we could spend our down time fishing along the river. His family cook delicious meals too. The room is by a tiny canal where men in canoes float past selling fish. If you head south there is a place to rent bicycles which we used to tour the island.
