It is less than 5 min by foot both to the beach and to the train station, Big, clean, comfortable and well decorated room with kettle, coffee machine, iron and everything else needed for the comfortable stay. We were late and arrived only at 11 PM but the hostess waited for us and was very helpful. Apartament is very clean, neat, placed near the beach and beautiful sea. It is located in the center of breathtaking Nettuno, but it is very quiet here. She looked after our family of 4 even before we arrived, helping us book train tickets from Rome to Nettuno. She is very responsive, helpful, hospitable & kind. The place is new, very clean & close to the beach with restaurants & grocery stores in walking distance. Angela helped organise transport as we were attending a wedding at a nearby church, she recommended & booked restaurants for us too. Nothing was a problem for her. It has very good location, everything is nearby - beach, bus stop, train stop, shops, restaurants. Private terrace on rooftop with jacuzzi is a big bonus, the only thing that could be a small suggestion there could be some small table with chairs to enjoy cocktails or dinner. There are farm with animals that liked to kids. You can make barbecue just at your house. There are mini market on the are with price like in the city.
