Luna y sol is a very relaxed en clean (!) place! Loved the facilities to make your own coffee and food. The cabañas are a bit small, but perfect for the price. From the location you easily walk into town and to the beach. Extra shoutout to the cleaning lady and to Patrick, very helpful host. We stayed here for five days.
Skycamp Camping Holbox features accommodation in Holbox Island. It is set less than 1 km from Punta Coco and offers a shared kitchen.

Nice place to relax and chill amongst nature.
Loved the resident iguanas.
Friendly owner.

Good kitchen amenities to use.
Location is a 2 min walk to a nice quiet beach.
It’s about 25 min/30 min walk along the beach into town.

This place is simple and modest, but a welcoming vibe. I really appreciated the wonderful service and friendly smiles. They take alot of pride in their space it is clean and loved and well cared for. The water pressure is very low and there is no wifi. My phone reception with telcell was alright. 30 min beautiful walk along the beach to town centre but time it right with the tides. Can also walk on the roads if holbox hasn't had recent rain otherwise need atv taxi. Location also close to beach and bioluminesence. Convenience store across the road and there are some places to eat between this location and town. Was nice to get away from hustle and bustle.
Featuring garden views, La Aldea Holbox Cabañas y Camping features accommodation with patio, around 600 metres from Playa Holbox.

What a gem, very quiet spot and very hospitable. Bathrooms / toilets & kitchen kept super clean. Loved my little A frame cabana, all you need. The best restaurant in town is really close (santos fuego) and the beach on a short 3 minutes walk. You need to walk a little bit to get into town, but I didn't mind that at all. I felt very safe, even later at night.

exactly like the photos. peaceful and unique.
we had a car so it was easy to get to. Azul, the hostess, picked us up in the centre of solferino and we followed her to the property. 5 mins driving. she was extremely helpful and kind. we will go
back soon.
Enjoy the great outdoors at a campground or rv park. Sleep under the stars in a cabin or bungalow, pre-mounted tent, RV or caravan. Communal kitchens, bathrooms and recreational facilities are available, and most campsites will have a reception desk.
The staff was extremely nice and really helpful! There was always someone to ask if we had a question.
The kitchen was nice to have and we used it a lot to save some money! There was drinking water available for 5 pesos per litre. The showers and the loos were very clean.
La Aldea is just a 5 minute walk from the beach.
Flabia was a great host and couldn't do enough for us. The room was huge and beautiful. The bed very comfortable. Pool and communal areas all very clean and well kept.
Location was good only a few mins walk to the beach or the central square.
Air con and fans kept us cool during very hot and humid nights.
The staff were all so friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable about the area and were able to book us on tours. The pools were great, beds super comfortable, the rooms kept very clean and the breakfasts included were delicious and varied. The location felt perfect for us as it was a very short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants but we were glad it's set back from the hustle a bit as it was very quiet at night. Would rate 10/10 and highly recommend to anyone.
Very calm atmosphere and the whole hotel is simply stunning. There are many details to be discovered. The beds, towels and robes were incredibly comfortable. Everything is very clean and we felt at home. The hotel is close to Punta Coco which is a beautiful beach with a lagune where the bioluminescence can be seen under the right circumstances.
- Amazing location, 1 min walk from the beach
- Loved the free yoga classes in the morning
- Hostel was very clean and had hot showers
- Good communal space with hammocks
- Really helpful staff
The tents were really good and new, also the mattress was comfy. Electricity socket and fan inside the tent was a nice plus. The facilities were very clean. Athmosphere was laid-back, good vibes :) There were also a possibility to prepare your own meals and lockers provided for storing your valuables. However, the camping area and whole island felt really safe. Location is good, the beach is close by. Overall, if you want to do something more excotic than a hostel/hotel but still be really comfortable, Kin Camping is a great option!
