The staff were professional and polite but also gave us a very warm welcome. We felt immediately comfortable. The rooms were spacious (even with a huge bed) and kept very clean. The poolside lounge area and bar was the perfect place to relax, especially mid-week when the hotel is quieter. The hotel and the room are very very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They kindly moved me to a bigger room as I needed more space for yoga. The dining area is cozy with a nice view on a pond. All the facilities were kept very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The hostel has a partner homestay nearby with a rooftop terrace.
