Mababe River Campsite has river views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Mababe, 11 km from Mababe Gate Chobe National Park. This campground offers a bar. The view. The quality of the food. When we arrived they asked us if we want to have dinner, because we booked in advance they offer dinner option. Best food we have had during our holiday. But also the vibe on the bar is amazing. And having your own ablution block made it the best. Small scale!

We expected something fairly basic, but it is not basic at all! What a magnificent place. Superb location, massive and very luxurious rooms with full view of the bush and a stunning restaurant and bar area. We also expected to struggle for food. But Mababe River lodge has a wonderful chef, and our meals were delicious and very plentiful. The staff is also very welcoming and professional. We had tons of wildlife around our rooms, including hyena and lion. We will most definitely be back!

Located in Chiro Pan, Acacia Camp is 36 km from Mababe Gate Chobe National Park. Featuring a private entrance, the campground allows guests to maintain their privacy. We've stayed at the camping and the tent, and both were great! Camping was the best we had in Botswana and the tent was just what we needed after 20 days camping. Food is great and staff and owners are so friendly! I 100% recommend a stop for a few days at this lodge!

Sitatunga Campsite Maun is a recently renovated campground in Maun, where guests can make the most of its outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi, open-air bath and garden. The staff are super friendly and helpful.. we booked the canoe (mokoro) through them which was an amazing experience. Very well organised, the packed lunch was delicious, the guide was so knowledgeable and friendly. Also the driver who took us to the mokoro place (Lovemore) was super nice. All in all it was a very great experience.
