What a magnificent place. Superb location, massive and very luxurious rooms with full view of the bush and a stunning restaurant and bar area. We also expected to struggle for food. But Mababe River lodge has a wonderful chef, and our meals were delicious and very plentiful. The staff is also very welcoming and professional. We had tons of wildlife around our rooms, including hyena and lion. We will most definitely be back!

Good toilet and shower. Very affordable compared to other campsites in the region. The main building/ reception looks gorgeous and has a swimming pool. Camping ground is on the sand, but feels very clean and comfortable.
