The facilities are very clean.

Very clean, hosts were easy to contact and communicative. Location was ideal for our trip with good transport links and shops nearby. Getting the key was straightforward. Having the balcony was definitely a bonus.

Very clean Check in is performed electronically outside the building entrance, with an automated machine Great location, easy to get to with the tram. The stop is right outside Nice neighbourhood, a Coop super market is nearby, a park. Thankfully there's an elevator to get your luggage to the appropriate floor

Excellent value for what you pay in Zurich. We were very pleasantly surprised, considering the negative reviews from other guests, which I cannot understand. The price is great, the location is wonderful (you can reach downtown Zurich on foot), the rooms are very clean and organized. Indeed, the breakfast is quite simple and could be better, but the highlight was the great friendliness of Mrs. Dina at breakfast service. All the other staff were also very polite and attentive. Thank you very much! We will definitely return.

Location was good and very clean. Water and ice cream was on the house.

Flat is very clean and spacious and has everything we need for our stay. Around 30 min walk to the main railway station and city centre but tram is literally few steps away from the flat, so is a convenience store. Lake Zurich is about 2 min walk away. Host / Staff are very responsive to my questions and agreed to my request of an early check in, did not even charge us for city tax ! Special thanks goes to Tuncer.

During my stay at Capsule Hotel - Alpine Garden Zurich Airport, I found the experience mostly positive. The capsule provided a very comfortable sleeping environment, and I appreciated the pleasant lighting inside. Additionally, the shower facilities were very clean and equipped with soaps and shampoo, enhancing the overall comfort of the stay. Furthermore, the hotel's location within the airport makes it incredibly convenient for travelers.

Very nice and welcoming staff. Place was nice and clean and easy to find. Bar/cafe downstairs was very nice too! Close access to smaller train station or about a 30 min walk to the main train station. Although the toilet and shower facilities were shared, they were very clean. Room was very big and comfy bed

The host is charming and accommodating. The apartment has access to a beautiful little yard where you can enjoy nature. There is also a barbecue that can be used. You even have a partial view of the lake. The beach is 200 m from the apartment, so you can easily reach it on foot. Public transport and grocery shops are in the immediate vicinity and are easily accessible. The city center is just one train station from the condo.
