The city is about 20/30min away by foot, accessible by day (take an uber by night). We had a cabin with a confortable bed, a fan and a mosquito net. The shower is cold but you don’t need it to be warm in Tamarindo. Well equipped kitchen. You can do laundry there for free. Good working wifi.
