Rooms are great and clean, had an amazing view from my balcony (wanted to meet mountains in the snow, but the weather was too warm for that). SPA is also great, hammam, saunas and steam room are super warm and clean We’ve tried a paid option for hammam, staff was super friendly and convenient to communicate Breakfast option is good, but for me it’s too much to pay for dinners / lunches with this price if it’s not included in your stay, in such cases it’s better to visit restaurants

We have been here since 2021 and we are generally satisfied: the place is very convenient: it is not far to the fortress opposite the Romanov house and to the city center, and all the main cafes are within walking distance. Besides, excellent mountain views and minimalistic design of the hotel itself are a small but important touch. The staff is very friendly and polite. Children like the breakfasts. There is not much to add, but I recommend it.
